Hansen HCK4 Check Valve is a rugged, compact, and dependable in-line disc-type non-return valve engineered for industrial refrigeration systems, offering reliable refrigerant flow control in applications using ammonia, R22, R134a, CO , and other approved refrigerants. Designed to open fully in the direction of flow and close quickly upon flow reversal, the HCK4 features a corrosion-resistant stainless steel seat disc, lapped metal-to-metal seating, a stainless steel closing spring, and dual body/cartridge seals for enhanced durability and leak resistance. With a safe working pressure of up to 400 psig (600 psig for CO systems) and an operating temperature range from -60 F to 240 F, this valve is built to withstand harsh conditions. It mounts in any position, offers low bubble leakage tolerance, and can be close-coupled to solenoid valves, pressure regulators, or strainers.
